This collection sees Hodakova further exploring her work with intimate spaces and objects. Ellen’s memories and attachment are rooted in her upbringing in the Swedishcountryside. The landscapes of her youth unfold both metaphorically and physically on garments, including a maxi dress crafted from second hand oil painting canvases that depict the childhood views she grew up admiring, worn as if the model were piercing through the horizon. Hodakova leads with strong storytelling and craftsmanship - at the forefront of a new generation of designers.
